Thank you for your interest in supporting the 2009 Washington State Library Association Conference in Spokane, WA, April 15-18.

We have several ways you can support the conference and library services, including buying an ad in our conference program or sponsoring a speaker, program or special event.

Your company or organization is welcome to be both an advertiser and a sponsor! Here are details for each:

Advertisers will purchase any one of four ad sizes for inclusion in the conference program, which is provided to all attendees at the conference (approx. 300). Ads will be produced by your organization, black and white, and will be submitted to WLA for program inclusion.

The conference program will be 8.5” x 10” in size, and printed in hard copy version only, not online.

We will accept two full-page cover ads, which can be in color, and will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

Advertiser Deadline
Space reservation deadline for ads is EOD Feb. 5. All ads must be submitted by EOD Feb. 12..

Ad Specifications:

• Back or inside cover, full page, 7.5”x10”, color Cost: $800
• Full page = 7.5” x 10” Cost: $600
• Half page = 7.5” x 4.75” horizontal or
• Half page = 3.5” x 7.5” vertical Cost: $325
• Quarter page = 3.5” x 4.75” Cost: $175
• Eighth page = 3.5” x 2” Cost: $100

ALL artwork submitted as digital files ONLY

• Grayscale or black
• Hi resolution (300 dpi minimum)
• Formats accepted: EPS, JPG, PDF, PSD, or BMP

We reserve the right to scale any artwork submitted that doesn’t fit into any of the sizes above.

Sponsors help underwrite conference costs such as speakers, receptions, meals, and vendor breaks. Sponsors receive:

• Acknowledgement in the conference printed program
• Acknowledgement onsite through large signage and public announcement at the event you sponsor
• Distribution of any hand-outs your organization provides
• Acknowledgement on the WLA Conference web site (display of your corporate logo with a link to your corporate home page)

Sponsorship opportunities
$1,500 and above: All-Conference Banquet, Keynote, or Conference Bags
$800 - $1,499: All-Conference Reception
$500 - $799: A luncheon or a program
$250 - $499: A morning or an afternoon break

Sponsorship Deadline
March 10, 2009. Sponsorship commitments received by February 12 will be acknowledged in the printed program. Commitments received after February 12 will be acknowledged through an insert to the program.
